Lifetime Achievement in Commercial Real Estate

This prestigious award was created to recognize lifetime achievements in the recipient’s professional and personal life with emphasis on leadership and extraordinary commitments to the mission and endeavors of East Bay CREW, CREW-based charities, and CREW Network, including mentorship and education for women in the commercial real estate industry. This person must be accomplished and personify all of the many qualities that distinguish CREW Members as elite professionals.

Sustained Leader In Commercial Real Estate

This award is for a woman who is an exemplary role model to others in the industry and in the business community and who has made an outstanding contribution over a period of time in the field of commercial real estate.

Emerging Leader in Commercial Real Estate

This award is presented to a woman who is emerging as a leader in the field of commercial real estate. She may either be new to the industry or returning to the profession.

Corporate Excellence in Commercial Real Estate

This award acknowledges a company that demonstrates continued support and advancement of women in commercial real estate.

Deal of the Year

This award acknowledges a team that has worked together on a common deal, project, initiative or goal that embodies the core values of CREW. Special consideration will be given to those deals that best embody East Bay CREW’s “Do the Deal” motto, signifying the value that East Bay CREW places on member-to-member referrals.

Most Valuable Member Award

The award recipient will be selected by the 2014 East Bay CREW Board in recognition of extraordinary service to East Bay CREW. The recipient must be exemplary in her commitment to East Bay CREW, CREW Network and the CREW Foundation. She must be dedicated to the success of the CREW Missions, demonstrating commitment through committee involvement, member recruitment and member-to-member referrals. The recipient must be a person of honor and integrity who is a leader among leaders within the commercial real estate industry as well as for CREW. This person actively serves in East Bay CREW, always representing East Bay CREW well within the greater community.
